I love the idea of using INSPIRATION to transform the world.

It’s about observing the world around you, noticing how it makes you feel, and allowing it to stimulate you into action.

I’ve had the experience lately about observing my body – the energy, the movement, the parts that are pained.

I’ve known that inflammation can be caused/exacerbated by the foods that I eat, but haven’t been able/willing to take action to change anything for awhile.

Today, when I was talking with my health coach, I was INSPIRED to take action – to actually try something new.  (If you are interested – it’s to remove processed foods, sugars & alcohol for two weeks to experiment).

Will my world be transformed?  Maybe?

Will I learn something new that I can apply in the future?  Absolutely!
